      no pros at all right now

      Cons

      HR doesn't know his job. Very bad policies. You will be on 3rd Party payroll and you will not be told about this before joining. You can be thrown out of the company any time. You will sit idle without any work as there are no projects. Management tries to cheat the employee at every place.
