Can only speak for the Support team and not the Sales/Recruiters - the company is built with a priority around their recruitment teams. + Good bonus scheme + Genuine effort to keep, and improve, culture + Nice offices + No toxicity; teams genuinely get along + Management is largely promoted from within, but are trained in their new roles + Opportunities to 'be your own boss', and a good amount of autonomy in your role
