Pros
Rare that I leave a company and think, in the right circumstances, I'd go back in the future. Can only speak for the Support team and not the Sales/Recruiters - the company is built with a priority around their recruitment teams. + Good bonus scheme + Genuine effort to keep, and improve, culture + Nice offices + No toxicity; teams genuinely get along + Management is largely promoted from within, but are trained in their new roles + Opportunities to 'be your own boss', and a good amount of autonomy in your role
Cons
- Little career progression in the support teams, nowhere to move up and no progression plans (the opposite of the sales/recruitment teams) - Salary wasn't particularly competitive, unclear on how to achieve payrises
