Disastrous management changes and crazy favoritism. Company suffering due to inept management. - Mid Manager NES Fircroft Employee Review

They made some crazy management decisions over the past few years... bringing in non-oil&gas management who were out of touch. Many top staff resigned and the culture suffered...massively. There is an inherent and cancerous 'favoritism' which exists across a number of regions.. with certain board members having very close relations with certain staff members. This further destroyed morale and motivation of the top staff. The private equity company which controls Fircroft needs to weed out the inept senior management and bring back the superstars.... otherwise, as your recent horrific financial results suggest, you will further decline.
