Hard to put into words how poor this company is. Nothing positive to write about Fircroft on here. Poor employer.

Poor management is the issue. The company seems to have KPI’s for everything. The focus is money, money, money. You’re managed that tight it’s hard to breath. Terrible employer. Management need to take a hard look at management in Australia or people will keep on leaving. Poor culture and office atmosphere.
