Great management. Also, the company is small enough you have flexibility to work on a variety of things.

As with any small company, I'd imagine, there can be some drama.

The culture was great. I worked remote but when I did get to visit the main office everyone was very welcoming. They often had cookouts, lunches, etc. and the workplace was very casual.

The salaries were low across the board, however they did offer bonuses. Many of the positions were for government contracts so employees would have to follow the rules of the site they were contracting at.
