Leave Policy (Only 12 CL a year, NO Sick leave at all. Not even following the national holidays perfectly. Even if you are not well, in order to save the limited number of leaves you will be forced to work. An employee on probation is not at all eligible for paid leaves. LOP will be charged for any leave taken. Unprofessional management. Completely money & vengeance minded (Especially Director & GM). Not safe for female employees. Most of the Managers & leaders misbehaves a lot. Even if you complaint, there is no committee to take action against the culprit. Especially if he is a performer, they will protect him. Soon or later, the one who raised voice against the harassment will be thrown out of the company highlighting performance issues. Even if they are having performance issues, a second chance won't be given, if you have shared voice against there will. The ones who are having the authority is focusing more on the personal affairs of employees ( Eg: Whether you have a boy friend, Whether you go out during night, Whether you meet friends at night, Whether you drink or smoke, if you are travelling, with whom you are travelling, etc). They are more into moral policing. The ones from the management itself are the best script writers. They will create stories by adding masalas.

Its really surprising that none of these negatives that you have claimed here have been brought to the notice of HR. Just so that you are aware, we have a committee that takes charge of employee grievances the moment they have been REPORTED. Also, there are regular HR Connects with all employees, all of these concerns where not reported there as well. Let me reiterate, safety of lady employees is of at most importance. If a lady employee is in office beyond 8pm it is a protocol for the facilities team to ensure she has been dropped home, we do not allow lady employees to leave the office premises without the company transport post 8pm IST, unless it has been notified to us earlier via email with details. These are safety measures that we need to take as an organization. Last but not the least, at NewAge we practices an open culture, employees are treated equally and there is a process in place for all aspects related to employees. These details are informed to employees during their joining am sure you have also gone through the same. It is unfortunate that you have not used the escalation matrix in the organization effectively and we sincerely recommend that you use such public forums more responsibly.
