      Pros

      Smart senior leadership (C-Suite level). Some offices have a great work environment, but it's not consistent across the company. Good support for continuing education.

      Cons

      Not a strong sense of cohesiveness across the company. In some offices, there is a definite bias towards younger workers. Not a lot of good management

We’re still building NFP, and in fact just launched our new website www.nfp.com to describe the culture that is alive in many offices today and that other offices are working towards.       Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
