Disregard 4&5 star reviews - Senior Account Executive NFP Employee Review

Pretty confident that any review that says “no cons”, “keep up the good work” or “people first” are all fake and written by upper management/HR. Use common sense, how can there be no complaints at all, especially from a low tier C- brokerage firm. Witnessed a lot of unprofessional behavior and the “boys club” mentality that other reviews mention. If this company was public, it would be eaten alive.
