Excellent clinical staff and decent PTO

Cons

Unethical and unprofessional VP and directors. Antiquated technology. Periods of time where expense and mileage reimbursements are months late. No opportunity for professional growth.

Pros- good coworker who genuinely enjoy their job

Cons

Cons- bad management. The higher ups only come on the floor to help is if state or regional is in the building
