Flexible working hours if you are not clinical staff, you don't need to work 9 to 5, you can change it 7 to 4pm or 10am to 6pm. 27days annual leave, will have more chance to get another NHS jobs once you hvae NHS experience
Cons
nothing special. I like my job.
