Can't get role specific training as they won't pay for it. Behind the times for ICT beyond belief. Upper echelons don't understand the word 'cyberattack' let alone the implications of it for an NHS trust. They won't pay for ICT systems/updates/services and are then surpised when things go wrong. Self serving management who try to run the place like a business, get rid of staff with knowledge and replace them with new people who cost less or yes men or their mates. Will ignore things like Data Protection, Information Governance, Freedom of Information at will as it's not a money maker.
