      Pros

      Many skilled employees and co-workers.

      Cons

      HR is a absolute joke. Management in HR is poor and reminiscent of a 1930s mentality. Even long term employees are day to day. Don't plan on staying here long term. Many people just take the quality training they provide and use it elsewhere. Careful reading reviews. It is obvious many are fake and made by NIBCOs own HR.

      Pros

      I met a few great people there and got a pay check for a while.

      Cons

      Probably one of the worst jobs I've had. Cooperate doesn't care about you, HR only hires people related to them for the more sought after roles. The plant manager throws tantrums and refuses to handle issues. Most of Management is either too scared or too lazy to help with anything.
