- low salary -zero work life balance : they will expect you to work from 8 in the morning till atleast past 8. Leaving on time is leaving early. And you can’t be late next morning, no matter how late you worked the previous day - expect employees to work even on saturdays and sundays, without their approval, the team lead or the manager will simply give a list of names who’ll be coming to office on sat and sun. -Slave like treatment by torturing the employees. You won’t be treated like a human especially if you are hired on a contract basis or as a vendor -Disrespect - can fire you anytime -they expect a month’s work from you in a day.
