1. Best HR policies in industry (they r giving Dating allowance to bachelors on their B'day :-) 2. Work & Personal life balance. 3. Nice Culture 4. Established & Well known Brand name. 5. Good Infra 6. If you have good "Buttering" skills you will get good increment & profile change.

1. Very Low salary. 2. Sr. management working like Govt Employee in other words works like a Dictator. 3. No growth but if u want to spend ur life with no work u can stay. 4. There no coordination between the Sales & Ops. 5. Useless Sales team. 6. NIIT products & their price are unrealistic , they are not in competitions.

Being an educationist, It was a right place for me to perform and work with. I joined NIIT after having a sound exposure in e-learning. I got a lot of exposure of content industries.

Appraisal processes were not transparent. It encourages unnecessary appeasing of one's immediate boss.
