a)Management doesn't understand what your problem is, they just follow whatever managers says.(Pathetic management decisions) b)No care and benefits for good employees. c)salary is very low for senior developers as well good performers. d) Tons of politics (created by managers and senior leads) e)Management decisions leaked to the employees at junior levels. f)Work life balance is worst.You will literally die if you worked there for more than 1 years. g) They will torture you on the basis of bond and security amount.Even they directly say you that they can destroy your career if you do so. Such a worst company(Baniya type E grade). h)On the basis of bond they say that they will hold your service certificate which is illegal. i)Technical functionality is so weak of this company. j)Its a complete BPO. Don's get confused on their board written Niit Technologies.(Gurgaon Location) k)Using vulgar languages thru the managers and not taking care for that beacuse they are from long time in that company so even after complain no action initiated. l) Higher management do not take action to the employees who violates the security breach of the company and taken action against juniors on false communication. Overall its a worst company. If you are a fresher then dont try here otherwise you life will be finished. Here only higher position peoples can stay like VP or managers oravp.

a)Just have to complete your work on time doesn't matter how you complete.So flexibility to work. b)cabs facility. c)clean environment.

a)Tons of politics especially by seniors who r there from more than 3 yrs. b)No caring for good employees even they make profits for the orgnisation. c)very Less salary and more work.(especially developers) d)Too much interfering in employees personal life. e)No Life balance.
