Oslo office is really bad - UR Specialist NIO Employee Review

Leadership in Norway is truly poor. They don’t care about the employees, are condescending, dismissive, and show no regard for others. There is a clear lack of leadership skills. High rates of sick leave among employees are common due to the behavior of team managers, who only think of themselves and lie to your face. Numerous issues have been raised with management and HR, but nothing is done. Speaking up results in being seen as "the bad guy," creating an extremely toxic environment where people are fed up. You can only rely on yourself and a few trusted colleagues. Management also talks behind your back. It’s absolutely terrible, and I don’t understand why China hasn’t conducted a thorough investigation into the Oslo office. A representative from China should speak with employees individually to hear about the disgraceful conditions in this company.
