Pros
High pay (2nd year onwards) especially the variable bonus component beats most other Indian HFT's due to lesser number of employees so more bonus sharing. Also the fixed bonus is paid out every year unlike other firms where it is only for the first year. The company is also hiring aggressively and expanding into many new segments and has opened another international office.
Cons
Used to be extremely strict, very little vacation days, almost no WFH, strict timings of entry at 8:45 AM. After some senior quants left, upper management finally made a lot of changes, flexible work timings, 25 days leaves and 20 days WFH so this is getting lesser of a con. WLB still remains kinda bad.
