1. very bad communication (about hiring, about projects, about joining dates and everything else that employee needs to know before starting the work) 2. very bad organization skills (3-4 different people will speak with you regarding the same role/project. everyone telling different story with amazing sense of urgency to start work and then they disappear) 3. no support on the project.
