My tenure there was very unique, interesting and very dissatisfying. I truly have to say, I did not feel there was any room for me to move up within the firm. I do have to agree with the very first review by a designer on "cons". The firm do lack leadership and management. The owner of the firm is not at the office most of the time. Hopefully, that will change soon. If not, good people will leave for other opportunities.
