Best I can say is there not the worst out there.
Cons
Nordomatic are a numbers based buisness and that's all that counts , they put toxic people in places because they get short term results.
Highly toxic HR rep was brought in who seems to be more interested in throwing there weight around then doing there job.
No bonuses, commision is almost impossible to make or claim as there prices are now so high, no real benefits ie health care , discount schemes etc.
Poor training standards for exisit g engineers , long drawn out trainee schemes with the purpose of using them as grunts to deliver and collect instead of daily training.
