Pros
There are a lot of good people in this company. Ones that care about each other, and there are a lot that are always willing to help.
Cons
The HR.... I was with the company for many years. And was constantly mislead about my career and growth potential, lied to on multiple occasions so they could promote their friends. I was once told by an HR manager that "I don't work well with men".... If you are not part of their inner circle don't bother looking for growth or promotions. The don't understand recruiting in the slightest and believe that it is not a valuable aspect of Human Resources. Talent is not a priority to them and they want the cheapest person that can just do the job. The culture and values have changed dramatically. In my opinion not for the best.
