      They don't take care of there employees like they should. They save money by cutting overhead, usually hours and personnel, making others strain to acomplish there own careers.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
