      No Pros. Left the company soon after starting.

      Cons

      Accepted the offer under the condition of a near full remote workplace. This was taken away right before I started but had already given my two weeks to my previous company. Manager moved to a new location and was allowed to work full remote while I was forced to commute 40 minutes in office. Terrible experience.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
