Pros
Somewhat fair starting pay. Good vacation time and holiday pay. Overtime is there if that's what you're looking for
Cons
Hardly any raise or good opportunities available. It usually takes 4-8 years to get a raise and it's not over 4%. Management is not good, no one there agrees with management's decisions in the direction they're headed, including supervisors. The schedule changes at minimum 4 times a year, so it's hard to keep obligations outside of work scheduled since they have to change according to how management changes the schedule often. No work life balance, you're working there half the day sometimes 6x a week. A lot of people have left the company because the cons outweigh the pros, including myself, found better opportunities.
