      The people around you don't really know what they are doing so you can pretty much coast

      Cons

      Everything else. Pay is okay. Very stuffy office vibes. The lack of actual experience and knowledge is astounding

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
