      They train you. You get the standard 5% 401k match.

      Cons

      The pay wasn't great. You typically won't get raises or COL increases. You have to leave to get competitive pay. They don't even match market rate.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
