Everything. The lab operates under unethical practices. They will alter or delete results that do not benefit them. They are putting the population at risk by reporting false results. Fauaad Elshar and Eyas are the lab managers and are highly unethical. They will do whatever it takes to make money even it means reporting false results. They do not care about their customers or employees. They will berate and belittle employee for not falling in line with their unethical practices. Employees will have schedules changed at a moments notice with no regard. You will be fired at any moment for no reason. I resigned before this could happen to me. Employees get zero benefits. No PTO no healthcare, NOTHING.
