There are no Pros to working with this organisation good staff are leaving left right and centre

Doesn't have competitive salaries/benefits package or any relevant incentives to retain staff Long standing habit of managing staff out Losing its charity ethos in order to build the business ("Social enterprise") Moved from being service users centered to being centered around outcomes/targets and enhancing its income off government program funding
