      Pros

      good salary and bonus from ended project. But if you quit before project ends, you dont get any bonus even if you worked 1000 hours on it

      Cons

      Alot of traveling No flexibility little trust given Very bad follow-up and discrimination Long work days, taking time -off is seen as negative
