Pros

Work from home. Great Work Life Balance Lots of shifts Available Good amount of overtime is available mostly over the summer.

Cons

Angry Customer Attitudes Ai Grade/score on every call. Sometimes Member processes are not crystal clear and you find out in a ticket error. Big Brother is always watching, between call audio/video being recorded. Health Insurance has been difficult as far as approving prescriptions. Lots of prior auths and denials.
