Pay was good for the time

work load was somewhat lacking

Remote. They pretend to listen.

No room for growth. They do not provide more assistance, despite everyone feeling burnt out and overwhelmed. Low pay. Benefits are not great, they are expensive and insurance will cover hardly anything. Constant misinformation is spread around. Supervisors are never on the same page. They try to hide issues from peers. Management gaslights you and says to “suck it up” when you feel overwhelmed. Despite multiple people in my department requesting more help and management “listening and looking into it” they continue to deny more trainees without an explanation. Multiple people have quit in recent months from burnout, and I know at least 3 who are considering quitting for the same reasons.
