      Cult like environment with their leadership and CEO. You will be micromanaged, maybe not at the beginning, but eventually you will feel it. Lots of gossip in the office Opportunities for growth are contingent to who you know. Lots of nepotism. Pay is VERY low compare to other agencies in Miami.
