      Pros

      - Boss is knowledgeable about IT, he could understand your work and accept some extra days for any occurring problems. - Developers could be involved in full stack development, due to the size of the company. So that you would have a chance to learn a lot of things.

      Cons

      - Small company so that projects' spans are always limited (2-3 months for each sub projects) - Unstable start-up company, people come and go quite a bit often during a year.
