NSPCC Response
1yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is great to read that you had supportive colleagues and you found the important work we do to safeguard children and young people meaningful.
We recognise that at times this work can be busy and stressful and because we need to be there for children when they need us most, this does involve shift work and working unsociable hours. We understand the impact this can have and ensure that rotas are available at least 6 weeks in advance to assist staff in planning ahead. If you would like to share any further feedback, please contact Kam Thandi (Head of NSPCC Helpline) kam.thandi@nspcc.org.uk
