Very straightforward and simple procedure

No cons that i would know of

Great job responsibilities, love working with volunteers, shift times and great pay.

Veteran staff that have no interest in helping grow younger staff or for the organisation to excel. Cannot take feedback and are not open to changing processes even to improve the way the work is done for the sake of members of the public. Working with trauma and you still have to deal with an environment of bullies.
