Pros
Good pay when the service is there. Flexible scheduling (to an extent) Friendly techs and lube techs to be around
Cons
If the service/sales guys get lazy, expect to average out at $4-7/hr. per day Way too political, Managers/district managers are always changing and implementing new plans. Store location greatly affects equipment quality They recycle techs/sales/management personal too much (transfers to/from other locations)
