Working for NTB is my first job in the automotive industry during that time I have learned a lot about cars. All my life I've noticed people who talk about cars speak as if they are speaking a different language but now I understand all the terminology. If your looking for a job to start off then NTB is not a bad idea.
Cons
Constantly In between managers and promise training classes but after six months never got into one. They constantly will tell you that you doing really good yet at the same time tell you that you suck. This job is not for the faint hearted.
