      Pune office has very few good projects, mostly working on old technologies Salary hikes are not good Heirarchial structure, no. of years served in the company is preferred over skills.

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
