1) Salary on Time 2) Clarity on the Appraisal, Financial matters 3) Company won't Fire you (I know people are sitting on bench for more than a Year) 4) Variable pay is on top of salary
Cons
1) NTT Data grows by acquiring other companies, so there is a lot of politics between manager in Legacy NTT and acquired the company. The manager simply puts the blame on next level if you complain about salary hike. They won't care if you have any concern in work, resignation etc.. 2) 2-3 % hike even if you are top rated 5 rated in Appraisal 3) You cannot expect a professionalism with this company like other services companies Wipro or Accenture. There is not much structured process. Company is trying now to get stable in India 4) They have mostly consulting in India, they will deploy your any other product based companies
