Pros
Competitive salary. Adequate bench policy for transitioning between account assignments. Managers from acquired organizations are solid leaders.
Cons
The HR department is subpar. At most, you'll get a 25% response rate to their "Ask HR" form, and if you're lucky enough to receive a response, the answer you get may be inadequate, irrelevant, or outright inaccurate. Don't count on the GRM (Global Resource Management) department to help place you once your current assignment ends. Assume you're on your own and good luck finding anything. Insurance benefit packages are amongst the worst I've seen in the industry.
