None: Since NTT DATA purchased Dell Services, it's only a job and a paycheck
Cons
- My last pay raise was two years ago - They use the Bell Curve to determine yearly bonuses. Unfair to high performance teams - Very political. You advance by who you know. Too many incompetent people in mid-level management positions - If your assignment ends, you have between 3 - 5 weeks to find another position before getting furloughed
