Pros- Good hikes, so many fun activities. Many councils to entertain you. It is a good place to work for guys like who has avg knowledge and exposure in the software industry.
Cons
Cons- Long working hours, no work life balance, you can see many people staying in the same project for many year like 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 years so they will not allow freshers to grow
