      Technical limited mindset, 8 out of 10 people are just been paid to click on app buttons. Personal development is 0. Heavy corporation mindset fixed on 0 performance and 100% on "let's cover our behind" strategy.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
