Code of Conduct violation happens between Directors to sales staff. Unfair treatment to different team members. Abuse of power and shouting, judging without seeking to understand. Immaturity and lack of leadership quality. Creates toxic and demoralising environment. Peers shouting at another peers which could be mentally demoralising to the receivers were allowed to take place.
