- hard to make friends due to WFH - although office is free-sitting, most of the people always go for the same seat every day so it might be tough to look for a seat - doesn’t feel like I can learn anything - most of the time, the team is too busy so not much guidance is provided and you’re required to figure out things all by yourself - feels like I got hired just because they needed someone and not really because of my skills hence I only have been getting unrelated tasks that no one wants to do
