Pros

Owners live like kings and provide nice lunches - they actually took the company public. commendable with a good lunch plan.

Cons

I was talking to the software guys and the finance people. both agreed that the company has no way to actually make a profit. The cost of sales and operating costs will likely never be lower than the revenue. Even if they say they are able to stack services. My personal opinion is that no one is going to pay them more for energy than the cost of energy, otherwise everyone would be doing this. Literally no one in the v2g space is making any money.

Pros

- Relevant work - At Nuvve, the small company size and lean teams ensure that interns are directly involved in projects, offering an experience akin to that of full-time engineers and analysts. - Headquarters location – San Diego, where Nuvve's HQ is located, is a beautiful city with plenty of things to do. Nuvve flew us for a week-long office visit that was a remarkable experience. - Warming culture – As is characteristic of small companies, there's a sense of camaraderie where everyone knows each other by name.

Cons

- Compensation for Graduate Students: It's worth noting that the compensation for graduate students at Nuvve might be lower compared to larger corporations. - Cost of Living in San Diego: Given that San Diego boasts a high cost of living, this factor becomes especially relevant for those contemplating relocation.
