      Pros

      Small company with great health benefits.

      Cons

      As a smaller company they do not have access to online pay stubs and things of that nature. Vacation time is poor the first 3 years but after 3 years very good increases at 5 and 7 years.

      The company is a great company to work for, very close with one another and they value their employees.

      They don't really give raises.
