They used people from an agency they took over. They used their experience until it no longer benefitted them and then just fired people. Oh wait. “Laid off”. The ceo doesn’t even talk to the people on the actual frontlines. They steal information. Their executive leaders are paid more than the statute even allows for and they were put on a corrective action plan for mismanagement of funds.
