Great place to learn from the ground up. You're expected to figure out everything on your own but it is why you will learn a lot here. The 2 founders are old-school leaders, expect you to be physically present in the office on most days. They have been around the block and know how to close deals for the company. Still, early days but they're on the right path it seems.

The CTO is inexperienced and mostly doesn't know how to write real code. How she got the job is beyond me. She has good intentions but ends up setting the entire roadmap behind by months due to her inexperience. I spent more time cleaning up her issues than advancing the product.
