None. Avoid and look for opportunities elsewhere - especially if you are in the US.
Cons
Very poor work life balance and getting worse. 60+ hr work weeks for US employees common with no ability to take time off. Expect to do the job of 2-3 people and then 3-4 people a year later. "Unlimited time off" recently rolled out to American employees in thinly veiled attempt to strip long term employees of earned PTO. Company ran by finance to detriment of employees and customers. US based employees are treated as expendable with majority of senior leadership EU based. US employees can forget about promotions and opportunities. Company does not want "high cost" US based employees and doesn't hide it.
